Once the tea-colored gel has cooled to about 190-200°, it's time to pour the tea. Holding the glass at an angle, like you would pour a glass of beer, very slowly and gently pour the tea-colored gel into the glass with the gel ice cubes and wick. You want to incorporate as few bubbles as possible.

When the glass is full, set it aside to cool.
