Once they are completely cooled, it's time to remove them from the tray. If you've used silicone mold release spray (buy direct), they should come out without too much coaxing. I've found it easiest to apply some pressure to the center of the cube, causing one of the sides to pull away from the tray. Do this for all four sides and then pry the cube out of the tray. You'll likely have some scraggly edges and bubbles...but we'll take care of that in the next step.
