Using your whisk, a chopstick, rubber spatula - or whatever you want to stir with, zig zag through the soap and swirl it around very gently. You want the blue and white to mix...but not blend. I like to stick the whisk straight into the soap...give it a bit of a wiggle, and then rotate it half a turn.
