Pour the other half of the soap into the blue colorant.

Stick blend the white half first! That is, unless you have two stick blenders. It's o.k. to glop a bit of the white soap into the blue...but you don't want any of the blue in the white!

When both halves of the soap are well blended (but still at light trace, it's time to quickly pour.
