As I said in the ghost candle project, you have to be patient with this next step. If these were just jelly jars or coffee cups, you could just pour the melted wax into them and be done.

But they're not. Not only are they only made of wax - but you've carved a bunch of holes in the sides of them!

So...let your melted wax cool to 150-160 degrees or so. Then, pour a bit of wax into each of the shells...perhaps 3/4 of an inch or so.

Let it cool.

Wait.

Repeat until the candles are full.

I KNOW it will seem like a long time...but you have to trust me on this one. If you pour the hot wax into the shells all at once, you'll end up with a big leaking mess on your counter. Don't ask me how I know this...just trust me.
