Drilling holes for hanging pumpkin

David Fisher
After you've made your design, drill (or make) three small holes using a small (approx 1/8") drill bit - about 1/2" from the top edge of the pumpkin. Drill the holes in a triangular configuration, evenly spaced around the perimeter of the top of the pumpkin. These holes are where you are going to be attaching the string to hang them.
