Pour the wax into a wide, shallow pan or tray. A cookie sheet or baking pan works great. Pour to about 1/8" or 1/4" deep. Make sure that your pan is sitting level or one side will be thicker than the other.

Heat your wax and add any color you may desire. Orange for leaves or pumpkins, black for cats and cauldrons, yellow for moons and spooky eyes.
