Ghost Candle Project

Bring a little spooky fun into your home with this great holiday candle project that uses a Balloon Candle as its base.

For this project, you'll need:

• A white Balloon Candle Shell
• Colored wax to fill the shell with
• Wick appropriate for the size of the shell
• Fragrance, if desired
• Scotch tape
• A cup or dish with sand to hold the candle upright
• A small sharp knife
