For this project, you'll need:
- A white Balloon Candle Shell
- Colored wax to fill the shell with
- Wick appropriate for the size of the shell
- Fragrance, if desired
- Scotch tape
- A cup or dish with sand to hold the candle upright
- A small sharp knife
