Once the candle has cooled completely (3-4 hours), remove the straw from the wick.
With the Dixie Cup molds, it's easiest to just tear the paper off from the candle. Trim the wick to between 1/4 and 1/2 inch. Let the candle set for at least 24 hours before burning.

You've done it! You've created a simple votive candle.
