Wax & Wick Combination Tests & Results

Directory of Waxes and Wicks Tested

Cargill CG-3 with CD-10 and CD-12 wicks

(left) CD-10 (right) CD-12

Notes: Both burned well, with side to side melt pools. Only real difference was the little bit of wax left on the sides of the jar with the CD-10 wick.

Recommendation: CD-12 wick

Submit YOUR wax and wick test results!
There are countless combinations of wax and wick and containers or molds. When you do a test of a wick, wax and/or container, use the user submission form to give me your test results. I'll post them in the Wick/Wax table for others to use and learn from.
