Candlemaker's Companion

There are two books that rarely go very long without getting picked up and looked at for SOMEthing: The Soapmaker's Companion by Susan Miller Cavitch, and the Candlemaker's Companion by Betty Oppenheimer. If I ever want to be reminded of just how broad and varied and old candlemaking is, I just have to pick up the Candlemaker's Companion. It's a wonderful reference book, full of facts, definitions, descriptions, explanations and more.
