Artistic Discs Melt and Pour Soap Project

By June 30, 2013

Follow me on:

After the fun I had making the Melt and Pour Starry Soaps, I decided to keep all of the ingredients and equipment out and make another soap design. Years ago, I had make "soap crayon" type soaps by molding them in 6" long 1" PVC pipes. I colored them in bright, primary colors and scented them in fun kid-friendly scents like grape and bubblegum. They were very popular!

I made soap "rods" in the same molds, but sliced the rods into "discs" that I layered into a silicone mold. I then overpoured the embeds with clear soap and created these fun, artistic soaps.
