Easy Halloween Candles

I'm going to feature my Halloween Ghost Candles next week...but I thought I'd start out with an easier project this week. This applique technique can be applied to any holiday really, not just Halloween - instead of ghosts and moons and cats, just use pine trees, candy canes, turkeys, hearts or eggs! It's a great project for kids too - you can make the pan of wax - and let them cut the shapes out and stick them to the candles.
