Antibacterial vs. plain soap: Panel says it's a wash

Do you make your own soap, but still have a bottle or bar of "antibacterial" soap in your kitchen or bathroom? This article states that "Popular antibacterial soaps and washes offer no more protection than regular soap and water." How about that? To their defense, antibacterial soaps do KILL more germs than regular soap - regular soap just removes them and washes them down the drain - but both seem to be equally effective in controlling bacteria and infection in the household.
