Scents and Mood

People are finally catching on that scents from candles and soaps truly can affect and/or enhance your mood. Jacqui MacNeill, of British Columbia, has recently rebranded all of her company's soaps and candles into six mood "categories" - unwind, fresh, passionate, energize, balance and indulge, incorporating elements of aromatherapy and color theory into her recipes and product design. I loved this article. As a candlemaker, I have been considering renaming a few of my scents for awhile now to fit just this type of category. I will definately be making the move to the mood names for several of my products (which include bath and body stuff). Thanks!
